From the north:  (Updated 2/22/08)

Interstate 43 serves Milwaukee from the north.

1. Exit at Highland Avenue, Exit #72E and continue straight on 11th Street.
2. Drive three blocks south on 11th Street to Wisconsin Avenue and turn left.
3. Continue east on Wisconsin Avenue for 0.1 miles.  St. James will be on your right. (833 W. Wisconsin Avenue).

From the south: (Updated 8/28/2008)

If you are coming from the southwest on Interstate 43 continue to Interstate 94. Interstate 94 (east-west) enters the city from the south.

1. Upon reaching the Milwaukee downtown area, get into the I-43 lanes (to Green Bay) and use the right-hand Exit Only lane 72A to 10th Street and Michigan.
2. At the stop light, turn right onto Michigan and drive to 8th Street. Turn left onto 8th Street.

You can either park on 8th Street or turn left onto Wisconsin Avenue to 9th Street, right into 9th Street and park on 9th Street

From the west: (Updated 1/17/2008)

Interstate 94 (east-west) also enters Milwaukee from the west.

1. Upon reaching the Milwaukee downtown area, stay in the center lane. Go beyond the I-43/ I-94 exit to Chicago. Take exit 1-H to the right onto J Lovell / St. Paul Streets. Stay in the left lane onto J Lovell Street.
2. Continue forward (north) to West Wisconsin Avenue.
3. Turn right on West Wisconsin Avenue and drive west to St. James (833 W. Wisconsin Avenue).

By Bus

St. James' is easily accessible by bus. Take the 10, 12, 23, or 30 buses and exit on West Wisconsin Avenue nearest to the 800 block. Walk to St. James' (833 W. Wisconsin Avenue).
